So, I'm happy again :) Posted that my washer was fixed, but a few weeks later it overflowed. Kevin came right out, and it was fixed (small part). Didn't charge me. I can't express how satisfied I am with their service and Richie also. Oh, I'm not one of those paid reviewers or family members. Just a very happy, satisfied customer.

They knew their stuff, & happily answered questions (from me, and the pros!). I went home, and combining Youtube and a few guesses of how things fit together, it was installed by ~1pm on Saturday...in time for Easter Dinner. I will call them first when I am repairing my next appliance. Any DIYer (or Pro) in the greater New Haven area should do the same!!

Washer wouldn't spin. Called back in 30 minutes and was here within the hour. Fixed it on the spot and saved me a whole bunch of money 'cause I thought I'd have to buy a new one as it was 10 years old. Kevin is a gem!!! I'll always call All Parts first! Don't hesitate to call them! Honest, reliable and prompt and courteous. Couldn't be more pleased. :) :) :)

Richie is the best, very friendly and helpful. Kevin the service man fantastic. Called on a Monday at 4:30pm regarding my refrigerator, Tuesday at 9:00 am received a call from Kevin was at my house at 11:OOam. Explained the situation to me and fixed the problem. Service with a smile and confidence is hard to find these days, but All Parts is the bes,t they have it all. Highly , Highly recommended.

Called them looking for a part for an older Maytag washing machine. On a Saturday. No one else had it . All Parts did. They were professional and so helpful! Highly recommended!
